The project goal is to respond to the urgent need of local governments to develop and adopt Municipal Waste Management Programs required by the Bulgarian newly promulgated Waste Management Act, by using interactive learning in short-term training courses for 35 municipal representatives from various parts of Bulgaria, responsible for developing municipal waste management programs.
